Pricing Information for Table Rental:
Tables are rented for the weekend NOT by the day - We DO NOT give discounts for one day table rentals.
1 - 8 Foot Table = $40.00 at the following shows:
Summersville, Lewisburg, Bluefield, Parkersburg, Buckhannon, Point Pleasant, Keyser, Morgantown,
Millwood/Ripley
1 - 8 Foot Table = $50.00 at the following shows:
Martinsburg
SET UP TIMES
*2 DAY EVENT*
Vendors will be permitted to set up their items from 2 pm - 8 pm on FRIDAY and/or from 7 am - 8:30 am on SATURDAY
*3 DAY EVENT*
Vendors will be permitted to set up their items from 11 am - 3 pm on FRIDAY and/or from 7 am - 8:30 am on SATURDAY
***PLEASE NOTE*** You will not be able to set up any earlier than the above mentioned times.
